La Liste compiles an annual data-driven ranking of restaurants worldwide, aggregating information from guidebooks, international media publications, millions of online reviews and thousands of chefs around the globe. Specifically, La Liste ranks restaurants after determining their scores on a 0-100 scale based on:

• Guidebook and trusted publication reviews
• Feedback from chefs on guide legitimacy and restaurant quality
• Qualified online customer reviews, comprising 10% of the final score

The resulting scores give each restaurant their total ranking.
